Pudl Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your Pudl suit. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how our returns and exchanges policy work.
Returns
- You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for returns, items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
Exchanges
- If you need a different size or colour, we’re happy to help.
- You cover postage to send the original item back. We cover the cost of sending the replacement item to you. This helps us keep waste low and ensures your Pudl suit fits perfectly.
Pre-Order Items
- Because Pudl suits are produced in small batches, we recommend exchanging rather than returning if possible — this helps us stay sustainable and avoid unnecessary stock waste.
- All pre-order items are still eligible for a refund within the 14-day window once delivered.
Condition Requirements
We can’t accept returns or exchanges on:
- Items that have been worn outdoors.
- Items with marks, scents, or damage.
- Items missing tags or original packaging.
